I'm Curious
My favorite projects always start the same way: with a problem I don't fully understand yet. Before sketching a single screen, I listen until stakeholders have talked themselves out. I dig into analytics, user interviews, and call recordings, gathering anything I can get my hands on. Only once I understand the real job to be done do I start mapping flows and drawing ideas. There's always a better way. Finding it just takes the right questions.
Concerning Me
I’m a UX Designer with 9+ years of experience across product, marketing, and customer experience, and I genuinely love the work. My process moves from paper sketches to tested prototypes with a lot of back-and-forth in between. I work best when engineers are in the room early because they surface constraints and better solutions I’d never find on my own. When the right solution takes shape, I care about every detail: interactions, micro-animations, copy, and contrast. That’s where “Problem Solved” actually means something.
